Daily yoga postures have clearly paid off for Hilaria Baldwin.   
The wife of Alec Baldwin ensured her toned tummy was put on full display while sitting on a kitchen counter in her underwear as she switched out a light bulb.
The 31-year-old TV host's slender back was fully arched as she gracefully lifted a screw driver and light bulb towards the lamp in a photo she shared on Friday.

The mother-of-one, who co-founded Yoga Vida studios, teamed her black underwear with a slouchy grey top that was strategically rolled just below her chest.
Hilaria's slender legs were crossed in matsyasana, which is also known as fish pose.

On Thursday, Hilaria took to Instagram to share a snap of her putting her yoga posture to good use while taking out the trash.

That same day Hilaria was seen in New York City while clad in a cosy plaid coat that dropped below her knees.

The Extra correspondent gave herself a slight lift with a chic pair of maroon heels and looked focused as she enjoyed a moment to herself.
Hilaria tied the knot with 30 Rock actor Alec in 2012, and gave birth to the couple's first child a year later in August 2013.
Their one-year-old little girl is named Carmen, and yogastudiolive.pageride.com is Alec's second child.
